It is our homestead, in which we live in the midst of our family's gaiety, where every day is a feast- a feast of flavours in defence of ancient authentic traditions, of the secret recipies passed hand to hand, mother to daughter, of the great passion for good things. Harmonies of fragrances and aromas emanating from kitchens, larders and cellars, warmed up by big fireplaces in the convivial atmosphere surrounding the nice countryside PARMA country.
The passion for cooking, along with the utilization of ORGANIC products, leads us to the discovery of old and healthy food habits, and to the recovery of forgotten aromas - all this thanks to the ancient family recipes. So, today, we would be very happy if we could share with you this magic world of poetry.
